The fries tasted burnt and the burger itself was dry

We paid extra for sauces and didn't receive any of them. We didn't even receive the gravy that was included with the chicken strips.
This isn't the first time that this has happened so we will not be ordering from here again.

The bread on both burgers was burnt and unable to eat. Had to remove the bread to eat. Fries and onion rings were cold and tasted like they were fried in old grease. No napkins with our order. Very disappointed!

This is the worst. The tea was hot, no ice. The fries were old and stale. Everything was really bad. Grilled Cheese Kids Whatameal® was not even mealed. The bread on the #1 Whataburger® Whatameal® was old tasting. Not sure if this is an off night but we just moved into the area tonight... this was our first meal here & it was horrible 😞
