Usually good ordering experiences, but this time, the Jr burger was overcooked (burnt around the edges), and the fries seemed undercooked (not crispy, more rubbery). I ordered unsweet tea, but they were out? The Dr Pepper was fine but only drank half due to the sugar (I don't drink zero sugar drinks)
The apple pie was drier than usual but tasted okay.

Drink had too much ice in it. 3/4 of the cup was just ice alone. I suggest there being a modification option to choose how much ice you prefer.

Venessa was very sweet I appreciate her help with substituting the drink in my order because the selection wasn't available on the app. She was extremely helpful and even called me back.
