spent 6 dollars on sweet tea jus to recieve tea with not one speck of sugar. so unsweetened and waste of money

There was no lid on my freeze. I understand if you dont have any but its a delivery order they should have covered the cup with plastic wrap or even aluminum foil . Or used a larger cup with a lid
