They didn't put bacon on our burger like we paid for and the fries were hard

One of the sloppiest nastiest messy burgers I've ever tried to eat. I won't be a repeating customer. And why in the world are the fried pickles twelve dollars? It doesn't make any sense. That's four times the price of tots or fries from the same menu.

Black bean burger was burned and inedible. They put so much liquid on the burger and bun it was sitting/soaking in it when it arrived. The order was simple; letttuce, tomatoes, pickle, mustard, onion. I dont know what was on the burger as the condiments were unrecognizable. I dont recommend at all. The fried pickles were average.

biggest disappointment were the fries. they were very hollow, it was like eating thick chips, which isn't something you should be expecting in in fries

Nasty greasy junk, could feel my heart arteries slam shut. The meat was over cooked and the cheese was barely melted. My mom ordered it from her DD account and she feels the same way. I've had better burgers at Burger King.
