This is straight up BW3. Same food, same boxes, same BW3 bag. Not sure why on earth they do this. The food was good, though, as usual.

The grilled chicken sandwich was an ok sandwich but the piece of chicken was only a ¼ the size of the bun.

Fried pickles were mediocre at best. Now the veggie Black Bean Burger? They could've replaced the patty with a hockey puck and it would be the same thing. It was completely burnt and inedible. I took one bite, the patty crumbled because of how burnt it was all the way through. Not only that, but my very simple selection of toppings were completely disregarded. The fact that something so easy to make was proven to be difficult for someone is really embarrassing.

Food is always great but PLEASEEEEEE CLOSE THE BAGS on DoorDash orders! Ugh - like literally we hesitated to order from you ONLY because of this issue! Everyone else staples close or sticker shuts the bags as a customer this is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE that you don't and well this is the second time that we have noticed what is obviously light potato wedges in 2 of the boxes and a normal order in the 3rd - Do you know how that makes a customer feel to umm "think" or know that a stranger has had their hands in your food???

I enjoyed my single burger build but my husband's double was edible but he overall was underwhelmed. The hatch chili aioli he selected wasn't bad but it wasn't great.
