I ordered a 16 piece chicken and only received 8. I've called them multiple times - no one answers. The door dasher stated this is all he got! So I paid double for 8 pieces because I didn't receive all 16 pieces of chicken.

I always order the 3 piece chicken Tender Dinner (3 Pcs). I love how big and crispy the tenders are. It comes with a side of your choice, a roll, gravy and drink. I also got a pepper pack ( not pictured). I always get mashed potatoes with cream gravy and a side of cream gravy. I also choose strawberry soda for my drink.
The only thing wrong with this location, you have to check your bag! They got my order wrong and I had to park to go inside.

the chicken was great and so was the customer service. I asked for extra ketchup bc we were moving and they put in plates too. so appreciate. very thoughtful. Corn Fritters are always perfect and fresh.

One of my thighs were undercooked but luckily I didn't swallow it. The other 2 pieces were good so I didn't complain. I was hungry so I didn't feel like calling or anything. I put this as only store feedback because I love this Williams. Just wanted to let yall know

It was not juicy and tasted old. Maybe dry. Not like a Williams should be. The poppers were burnt some and were empty. Mostly crust/shells
