Absolutely incredible, our dasher accidentally missed part of our order and they made sure they got it to her when she came back to get it! The food was absolutely worth it!! Will definitely be back!

Salmon roll had no cucumber and was completely tasteless. Avocado/cucumber roll had no cucumber. Tasteless; bland. Very disappointing. First experience with Hokkaido and will not be trying again. Almost $60 for a disappointing meal. Not worth it.

Bummed at lack of soy sauce and no way to request that some be sent. This is usually a standard with sushi orders. If you like wasabi, be sure to ask for extra as portion included with all three rolls was only about a teaspoon total. I wanted to like this more than I did with the good reviews, but rolls fell apart quickly. And fish was on the edge of that "too fishy" taste.

First time trying this place. The food was fresh and packaged well. The only thing that wasn't okay is the level of salt. It was absolutely overwhelming how much salt there is in the broth. We tried the Udon noodles as well, less salty but the beef was sweet and just threw the flavor profile off for a traditional Udon. Flavor of the Udon was really good but I just couldn't get past how sweet the beef was.

We've been waiting for this place to open for over a year now! They opened about four weeks ago and they have been phenomenal on every level. This place is awesome and I hope they do well and the community supports them because we need this!
