I ordered Louisiana rub mild and got heavily sauced buffalo wings. And the garlic Parmesan wings were covered with a heavy dry powdery coating similar to baking powder and garlic powder . They were cooked so crispy they could break a tooth. I have had excellent experience with this store before. Not good this time.

5 pc Crispy Tender Combo you can't ask for the sauce on the side. So you get squishy tenders. The fries needed to be cooked another 30 secs minimum. They were undercooked and a little crisp in a bad way.

I think the chicken was manufactured in a lab somewhere. Not from a bird with that consistency . It was shiny, stringy, and squeaky against your teeth. Yuck! The breading was good, and the fries were too. The employees got my food out in a timely manner, and it was delivered quickly too.

Seasoned Fries were under seasoned despite extra seasoning request. Voodoo Fries barely had any sauce nor seasoning. Cajun Tenders barely had any sauce, so little that there were naked spots on the tenders. Very disappointing.
