Usually there is no problem with the food but this order the fries were soggy and had no seasoning what's so ever and the chicken was fine but it didn't taste at all like lemon pepper there was just no seasoning as well

The wings are barely cooked. Soft loose fat and skin the meat barely white but undercooked. This chain is what I ran to when BWW was making their chicken like this. Now they doing it and absolutely no flavor in nearly non existent sauce.

Chicken was over WELL done and I didn't even order it that way. Not wingstops fault I have braces but honestly I did not get to enjoy my meal. The crust surrounded the patty was very hard.

Disappointing. The Sprite tasted like metal, the fries seemed like a mix of leftovers and didn't have any fry seasoning, wrong dressing doubled, and no napkins included. For a large order it seemed like the order was scraped together. Also the classic hot wings were dry - no sauce.
