It's so good plus it's not like any other milkteayu can get it was smoth yet was refrshing and it taste like nothin ive ever had before. Ice Cream Milk Tea / 冰淇淋奶茶 I Love it and will get it again.

Bought Uji Matcha Latte / 宇治抹茶拿鐵, the matcha tastes pretty earthy and there's no weird grainy texture. Portion is good!

I don't have a problem with the drink but the shop was filthy.... There was a lot trash on the floor around the trash can because the trash can was super over flowing. I told the employee (tall slim guy with the glasses) but he didn't do anything about it. The pick up counter was filthy too.

I have given this place a couple tries now and the milk tea tastes very watered down to me, even with no ice. The boba is cooked well.
