• 10/3/26Ordered a spicy sandwich and the chicken was rubbery almost looked undercooked. Ordered 2 chocolate shakes and they gave me 1 chocolate and 1 birthday cake. The lemon pepper chicken wings were good. Very disappointing, I'm done ordering Zaxbys the quality is poor and inconsistent. Not worth 50.00

• 7/2/26Ordered the Asian salad without the coleslaw but I guess they didn't read the no slaw option. The slaw is so not necessary. Pretty disappointing! The lemon chicken wings were delicious. The shakes were perfect tasting but were overfilled causing it to leak under the lid.

• 9/2/24chicken tenders were the size of literal fingers and i paid for ranch sauce and they gave me multiple zaxbys sauce very unpleased for 15$

• 3/5/26Zaxby's had me surprised when I ordered best I've had in a while the wings the e drinks all task amazing. Tasted very fresh gave me a lot and I was full I am going to order againobviously order again

• 17/1/26Where are the fries????? Instead of giving me the usual one toast and fries, they substituted with two toasts and no fries? Very poor service. I go to this place often, and they have never done that before, this is very disappointing.
