Zaxbys in Pell City always gets our DoorDash orders right! We are a large family, 8 people, so order accuracy tends to be hit or miss but Zaxbys in Pell City never disappoints! It's hot, fresh, fast, and a great value. And, they never forget the sauces!

Quality of food was fine, but three stars because the order of cheese curds only had about 10 in the box... very disappointing considering the price. Delivery and service was fabulous!

the Asian Zensation Zalad™ - Fried is my favorite item at zaxbys!!! they always make my food fresh and hot, the big zax Big Zax Snak® Meal was good as well

ordered salads with specific ingredients off. Both salads incorrect. Salad dressing had exploded not enough dressing for salad. I ordered boneless wings. I got hard balls of crust. Hard balls. Very little chicken. I was very skeptical to order because my last order was so horrible but decided to give another try. A waste of $55. Waste.

Love Zaxbys but the only thing I would recommend would be to update their drink options on the DoorDash app. Unsure if they are able but I usually love to order the fruit punch Powerade and that option isn't on there. I usually have to message the dasher to ask them to change my drink. Just missing a few options! Otherwise, it's great!
