The The House Zalad® - Grilled is great the only thing is the salad needs to be more. All the stuff in it, excluding chicken does cost a lot. Please put more lettuce, onions, etc in there.

When I received my meal it was hot and fresh. Wings and things traditional wings crispy fries well seasoned. 👍🏾

Love big Zac snack. Need the option to ask for it to be rolled in sauce, not just the sauce option. I like the eggrolls that come with the oriental salad, but I did not like these. Taste and smell like chemicals.

I'm a manager in fast food so I know the struggle trust me and I hate complaining but it was just one thing right after the other and I'm highly upset bc I'm pregnant and I was so looking forward to it! I ordered and wings and things wimpy large fries with ranch and extra ranch and a six piece with tongue torch large fries extra fries with ranch extra ranch and a white cheddar bite my six piece was shorted two tenders they put the wrong sauce on it I only asked for ranch and extra and paid for I got all Zax sauce the tender were chewy we got no napkins not we got no straws and didn't get the sauce at all for the cheddar bites! I'm very highly disappointed I paid sixty dollars and threw more than half of it away and I love Zaxbys this is my first bad experience!

my drink was disgusting, some of my fries were hard and not good. The whole overall freshness was okay, and the portion of fries i was expecting more due to ordering a large.
