Terrible company, WHY is my large fry for $3.94 *before taxes coming in a tiny bread box??? i ordered a Crinkle Fries - Large because i have 4 other mouths to eat fries with???? this is ridiculous and im never ordering zaxbys ever again, im northern so its very easy. I shared a photo of what a LARGE fry from Zaxbys should look like compared to the SMALL box my fries came in.

Typically this salad is amazing. Yesterday it was awful! There was hardly any lettuce! And very little chicken. This place needs to monitor the takeout better. These salads are expensive and I expect better from here!

The items are just bad quality. ATLEAST when it's delivered. Not sure how they'd be if I was eating in the restaurant. Portions are small. It's sorta fresh? McDonald's does better. And I would not order again, waste of money. Especially when it comes to doordashing.

the chicken philly looks nothing like the pics my fried chicken was burnt... there was no cheese and hardly any sauce...

This Zaxbys sent me burnt eggrolls, dried up chicken fingers, no dipping sauce wgen I paid for extra, and no silverware, napkins, or straw. How hard can this job be?? Very poor quality and extremely overpriced.
