I usually love the Asian Zensation salad from Zaxbys, but this time, it was very disappointing. It was full of wilted and black lettuce, which is not very appealing, not to mention a waste of money because only about half of it was fit to eat. Again, extremely disappointing, Zaxbys!

This was a big disappointment because the fries were supposed to be large(paid extra) the cheese bites were so tiny I would not have even put them in the box and the toast was burnt. The only good thing about my order was the sweet tea!!

When meals prices are at all time high and everything like different seasoning and extra sauce is an additional charge how about we make sure its in the bag. Also make sure you season all the fries not just 2.

Missing Cole slaw . I got everything else but I'm missing my side and the drink doesn't taste like sprite at all. It's watered down
