There's a reason why I don't eat here. But since my daughter wanted it, fine. I got a separate fry for my toddlers and the fries were hard and some burnt. This ALWAYS happens the few times I come to a Zaxby's. I feel like I OVER pay for mediocre food from here...

Meal was hot and seasoned-well, but I only received 3/4 of my chicken fingers... Cookies were also decently sized and delicious!

Fries had no seasoning on them and were mostly burnt 3 Nibblerz® hardly had any sauce only thing going was that the food was actually hot. Still wouldn't order again though.

Food was good but my order was missing several items. Order the ZaxSeas Surf & Turf Meal for the first time and they didn't even put the chicken in the box, only shrimp and minimal fries. Didn't even receive the sauces that were supposed to come with the meal or the sauces that I paid additional for. Got door dash credits back but very disappointing when you pay good money and don't receive what you pay for. Maybe next time.
