From the bag to the stuff included to the food itself - everything is always good with this Zaxby's. The Cobb Zalad® is consistently delicious, fresh and flavorful. They are good about the special instructions AND making it right if they do mess up. But even on a busy Saturday night, I got my food on time and fresh!

This was hands down without a doubt one of the best Big Zax Snak® Meal ever!!! my son is autistic and has texture issues and suffers from ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder). he was so happy that his tenders were cooked perfectly crispy and not soggy or wet in the middle and the same for his fries all crispy and evenly salted. and his favorite part is the bread and we applaud this meal! I know it may not seem like a big deal but for some people it truly is. it meant the difference of him being able to eat or not.

I got extra wings and tenders and the fries were perfectly and seasoned, AND they put a lot of tongue torch sauce on my wings and gave me the right sauces!

The ideal Zaxby's. Always HOT always FRESH always FAST even when the line is wrapped around the building. I don't know how they do it. My order here has never once been wrong and has always been delicious. keep it up, y'all.

This Zaxby's is awesome. The fries were hot, crispy, and well seasoned. My kickin' chicken sandwich meal was amazing. Just the right mix of hot sauce to ranch.
