This is, without a doubt, the best order I've ever received from Zaxby's. Everything was fresh and delicious to eat and the Gallon of Sweet Tea tastes incredible. The fries were still hot somehow and that's just the way I like it. I'd love to see Zaxby's continue this trend of hot and fresh food.

The bubbler chicken was pretty over cooked and had little to no sauce, but the salad was good, as expected. I'll order again when they offer another good discount.

There is no option to remove ice from your drink online and it makes me a little upset that the employees refuse to change the order if requested. This has made my experience with Zaxby's worse and my dasher had to convince them to update my order. I will not be ordering from Zaxby's again until the option is added back.
