The boneless wings were cold, very soggy, and had little to no sauce on them. The chicken fingers were cold, dry, and hard. The fries were undercooked and, you guessed it, cold and soggy. The drinks and the toast were good I guess. This Zaxbys goes through phases where its good then its horrible again.

This quality of my salad was terrible I paid too much money to get bowl of lettuce. Wilted tomatoes and soggy onions. I'm done completely with this company

two orders in a row now where the chicken wasn't fresh and clearly was old and cooked forever ago. hope they haven't changed to a manager who doesn't care.
