Wings barely tossed in sauce and hard !
Barely any fries in my container and I thought for $3 the side of coleslaw would be better than that. More than likely will not order again.

My original order was taken before I arrived for my pick up. The MOD was apologetic and did remake my entire order....wrong. My kids Kiddie Fingerz™ Meal was missing its meat, only fries and toast,and no chocolate milk to drink. I believe I was shortchanged on my fries with my Zaxbys™ Signature Sandwich,only received like 1/3 of the amount. The food was hot and delicious regardless.

Love the way the box comes now. It makes it so fun to eat a meal together! Zaxby's sauce and chicken is some of our fav!

My salad was missing the hard-boiled egg, the french onions, and about a 1/3 of the salad itself. It was a poor display for the cost. When I visit in-store there's rarely an issue with quality. I shouldn't have to worry that ordering online will result in poor quality.

To be honest with you Zaxby's....
you could've given me a fresher batch of chicken and fries. & it wasn't because of the driver. He was quick and timely....
So how can we fix this? Let's talk about some solutions.
(Yes, that is a dry and trying to be tossed wing lol)
