We have enjoyed Zaxby's for years, but for a while after COVID, like most places they seemed to be struggling, and quality sort of slipped. Today I ordered the Cobb Zalad (crispy) and was soooo pleased that it was 100% back to pre-COVID quality. Everything was so fresh and flavorful - even my iced tea was refreshing and tasted homemade. We will start ordering from them more often again!

My cheddar bites tasted like they have been sitting and were just not good. They really should put more ranch on the loaded fries. With all the fries they give you, it's never enough ranch on them. My cheesecake bites were delicious.

I love Zaxby's, but this is the second time I've ordered their Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries and they've arrived wrong :( this time there's literally no bacon at all, probably less than 10 strands of cheese in the whole box, and barely any sauce... thankfully I got Extra Sauce but I can't do anything to fix the bacon and cheese. Please fix this Zaxby's!

This is the best zaxbys i've had in my whole 16 years of living on this earth!!! The Fried Cheesecake Bites with Strawberry Sauce were yum

the cheese curds are burnt and the portions are crazy small fo the price of this item.will not be purchsingle again
