I recently received a food order from this restaurant that failed to meet my expectations. Although it's possible they were busy due to the rainy weather, this does not excuse the subpar service. As a customer, I expect my order to be prepared correctly. Unfortunately, the bread was overcooked, the fries appeared to be refried, and the tender bites were cold. At a price point of nearly $65, I believe customers deserve better. The quality of food and service suggests a lack of attention to detail or possibly inadequate staffing.

They charge extra for large fries with extra seasoning but I get 10 fries with zero seasoning; they nickel and dime the consumers for everything; we can't get what we pay for and the kickin' chickin' sandwich a'int kickin' anymore the bread is stale and cheap and there was more sauce for the sandwich on the styrofoam rather than on the sandwich

Dry rub lemon pepper chicken fingers very tasteful can taste lemon pepper in every bite omg love it about to order again

I ordered 4 piece meal I received a 3 piece the strips were very small and hard so I waisted $17!!!

Chicken Finger Plate - Sauced 5 Fingers
The chicken fingers were great and had plenty of sauce. The cold slaw, fries and toast was great as well. Howwev , the strawberry lemonade was kinda watered down.
