My salad came in a sealed bag. Upon opening it I saw slimy, dark green lettuce. I looked throughout and found more of the same lettuce. I took the salad back and the manager remade it, or so I thought. The second salad had just as much nasty lettuce in it once I got back to work and opened it. I'm extremely disappointed with the Zaxby's on 25th Street in Cleveland.

Lettuce was brown and had to throw away about half of the salad due to the lettuce being bad. After spending 20$ on a salad it's pretty sad that I have to throw a majority of it away and didnt actually get to eat lunch!

Zaxbys never misses, food is always good, orders always finished quickly, sometimes they even bless you with an extra Texas toast.
I'd order again and again and again.

Their chicken bacon ranch fries and the garlic buffalo kickin chicken sandwich are half my reason to still be living. The other half being my cat. The staff is always trying their best and my orders are almost never wrong.

Egg rolls were crispy, not greasy, good flavor.
Chicken was tender, crispy and warm as were French fries. All tasted fresh. Cole slaw was perfect. Drink was diet-not what I ordered.
