Love the food; fresh & juicy chicken, great toast, and they're generous with sauces. Hate missing drinks. I was so excited to get my chocolate milkshake, but I should have known there would be an issue when the Dasher didn't include a photo of it. I hope the Dasher is either enjoying it or the store does better and includes it next time. :(

The order was okay, but the delivery was missing the strawberry lemonade that we paid extra for. Reading other reviews this seems to be common. Asked for a refund (about $1.50) rather than have the driver make a second trip. The refund was denied.

Zaxby's has continuously gone downhill over the past couple years... Haven't been in months but figured I'd try this new location. Regretted that choice. I live only a little over a mile away and got my order quickly, but the fries were not fresh and were hard and cold. The chicken on the nibblers' meal were super small tenders and barely had breading on them. I used to love the fried cheddar bites but they have clearly changed the recipe a while back and they are mediocre at best now. This will be my last Zaxby's order.

Missing entire side order of fried pickles, though they sent the ranch. Was sent dipping honey mustard instead of salad dressing - not a deal breaker but I'm not sure it'll be enough. Pretty frustrated about the missing side though because that makes this one really expensive salad.
