• 22/3/23There were only 3 chicken tenders in my Chicken Finger Plate - 4 Fingerz and there were only 15 Fried White Cheddar Bites, which is not worth almost $7. Everything tasted good, but just not worth the quantity in my opinion.

• 31/5/26I ordered the loaded fries and 0/10 it came like this. I have ordered it many times and it never came like this. There was little to no cheese, big chunks of chicken like they just taken it out of a salad and the fries was super dry. If I were to order loaded fries again I would have to order them in person and not online due to this. Everything else I ordered ( boneless wings) was fresh and good though I will add that.

• 20/1/22I ordered the Kicken Chicken Sandwhich and the 5 Piece Traditional with Insane sauce. It was OK. Not worth $25 (with a $3 tip and service charges). The prices are about two dollars more for each item than if ordered from Zaxby's directly, so it came out to be about $10 more with everything. The Insane sauce had an OK flavor and wasn't as hot as I hoped. The sandwich may have been better if the Texas Toast was toasted and not soft.

• 30/4/26Outside of the tenders being really small the food was good, as usual. The bread was soft but expected because of the steam from being hot after leaving restaurant.

• 10/6/23We ordered a Traditional Wings Meal but received dried out boneless wings. The Boneless Wings & Things meal we ordered was also dried out. The food looked and tasted like it was cooked yesterday. It was barely warm when it arrived. I will not order from here again
