The salad looked really good. That's the only good thing I can say. For $6, you would expect more Fried White Cheddar Bites than was in the box. For the Boneless Wings - 10, it was pitiful. They were small and burnt. For the price paid, I could have eaten at a nice restaurant.

The Funnel Cake with Caramel Sauce was terrible. It was very small, it had hardly any powdered sugar on it and it tasted like greasy rubber. The caramel sauce was prepackaged.
The Big Zax Snak® Meal  also left quite a bit to be desired. Instead of three full tenders I got two full-size tenders and two broken pieces of chicken. All of the chicken was dry except for one piece that was nice and juicy. The fries were undercooked and only a few of them had the seasoning on them. I also wanted to mention that in my bag there or ketchup packets, which I did not ask for, but that's fine, except a majority of them were busted or broken making everything else in the bag a complete mess.

Very tasty as always! Love the new lemon pepper chicken fingers!!!! Loads of flavor and not dried out like most other places. I highly suggest the lemon pepper finger plate! Excellent!!

I visit Zaxbys from time to time and really like the dining room decor and friendly staff. The food I order is usually good. I thought I'd order some DoorDash and got the Zax Nibblerz cute name, but quite lackluster. The crinkle fries were cold and tasteless no seasoning. The mini chicken fingers barely had any sauce which is their signature. Will not be ordering that meal again.
