I love the convenience of this location. Owners are always pleasant and friendly. Everything is delicious!! I try to get the tea a few times a week. The refreshers are great on hot days. The vibe on the inside is everything. The clothing boutique always has some cute items.

I'm addicted after saying I was just going to try once. Love their Thai Iced Tea with Brown Sugar Tapioca! They're always very fast and one of my orders I was treated to a free drink. New local favorite!

Decent, but the Smoothie taste a bit like chemicals, so they likely use powders or syrups instead of real fruit methinks. The Boba Bite was super good, though. Not terrible.

I come here all the time I love the milk, tea with vanilla and almond and brown sugar. I always have a great experience.
