• 19/7/23Tasty ramen but they have massively increased prices, and no longer allow chashu choice even though it is advertised. The chashu you do get is dry and cut very thin, I assume to hide the smaller portion. Used to be my go-to spot but I can't recommend them any more.

• 8/2/24Poke bowl was excellent.but the Seaweed Salad was a huge disppointment. Why? Because there were a few strands of seaweed sitting atop a container filled with greens. A tiny cup for $10 and it wasnt seaweed at all! Shame on you Zubu ramen!!!!!

• 7/9/24Terrible customer service on multiple occasions. Servers don't greet or give you assistance, when you enter they rudely ask you to wait outside without even asking if you're there to eat in or take out. Food quality has been declining. When you ask for additional items they often forget.

• 2/9/25Food is fabulous but when order an add-on why don't they just add it to the bowl? Di t give it to me in a separate container, or plastic wrapper as is the case with nori. Makes me feel like it's too much trouble to make up my order and they want me to finish making it up
