We met Christine Doerr, founder of NeoCocoa, through La Cocina, a local non-profit incubator that helps women and people of color start and grow their food businesses. To complement Hyaganatsu’s fragrance with our chocolate, Chef Shota and team begin with fresh, sunshine-yellow Hyaganatsu wedges, thickly sliced and bathed in sweet syrup.
