They lose a star because, as you can see in the photo, they wrap the Coffee large with a plastic wrap and shove it in the bag without any stability. The coffee spilled all over the bag, on the wrapped sandwich and brownie.
Won't be ordering any drink made there. So easy to just have the dasher put the drink on their cupholder, or with a cardboard cupholder that can be in the bag (like McDonald's) along with a pin that covers the drink opening.

"I ordered the joes The Ultimate JOE Trio. With the tuna avocado sandwich and the carrot juice and chocolate muffin. The muffin was delicious the right balance of chocolate without being overly sweet. The sandwich was flavorful and fresh. The bread was toasted a little harder than I'd like, but still delicious. The orange drink I can't remember the name of it, but it was the one with carrot, ginger pineapple, and it taste good. The portions were perfect. I couldn't finish the sandwich.
