The texture was good not too dry after this but even with the salt they were bland. The cheese and i added a ridiculous amount extra because i was confused when ordering and thought i needed to add it to the order. I did not, but the size that came in the container was not alot, so i if it had been good one extra container would have been a good idea. However the cheese was terrible. No offense to who made it, i think it is just rhe recipe. It is very very bland a bit like nacho cheese, with the flavor but more bland than if i had just heated up some out of a can."

The Oregon roll is my favorite but I like to get the cucumber on the side and add cream cheese to the roll. So good and worth the price as it is the best sushi you can get in Albany.
