"The initial taste was something I cannot really describe. It taste between burnt and watery mayo. It would have been better if the ingredients were better. The tomatoes and onion on the rice is a nice touch as well, I am a tomato and onion fan so I appreciated this. The rice was not the best rice pilaf I have had. I would have appreciated a fluffier and more flavorful basmati rice, but still the rice was just fine. I super appreciate that the side salad is in its own separate container with the dressing on the side( the dressing is delicious!) and the salad has large chunks of tomato, red onion, cucumber slices and black olives whole with feta cheese on top.
