"This was the first time we tried the Fried Catfish . WOW, my husband, who is a picky food critic, said the catfish was excellent. I've had the Chicken Fried Steak/Chicken (chicken) before & hands down 100% the best, especially with the generous supply of gravy. At other restaurants we get stringy green beans (ugh) such that I don't order them at all from any restaurant. Because EVERYTHING has been thumbs up with this restaurant, I thought I'd give their green beans a try. Another WOW! "Fries says feeds two to three people but they only have the same amount as a large fries as any other fast food so it was a let down and definitely not worth the 8 dollars! On the other end of the spectrum the sweet potato Fries were good but $12 for a large is steep and the size was underwhelming for the price. Even $7 for the regular feels a bit much given the size we received that was "large". I do acknowledge the increased prices from ordering through DD. The patty melt was good but also smaller than expected. The Brussels were oily and salty, the sauce was okay. Also acknowledge it's not "fresh" in restaurant.
The menu looks great, thought about the tuna burger and the shakes.
Undecided if we will order again.
