"Ordered the Carnitas family pack and the chicken leg and thigh. Carnitas were very moist and tender. Vegetables that were added to the rice were a little dry. The chicken, on the other hand, was so dry that it was hard to pull away from the bone. It was awful. I think I was given chicken that was more than a couple of hrs old. It was tougher than eating chicharrones, which would have been so much better. I'll recommend the Carnitas to friends and family but they definitely stay away from the roasted chicken"
