"I'm sad to give this store a thumb down. Their pizza is not bad, but it's below my standards of quality. I ordered 2 pies. Both of them arrived with bubbles all around the edge and in a couple of places the interior of the pie. So it's the kinda place where you throw away a big bucket of crusts.
I used to work at a pizza place. This is unacceptable. In the case of Marco's it ends up making the outer 2 inches or so of the crust unappealing, so if you order a large you end up with more like a medium in terms of what you actually eat.
The hand tossed original crust is decent but nothing to write home about. The pepperoni was very good.
Advice to the owner is to invest in a long fork to pop the bubbles, and to try to make the whole pizza edible. Make the edge of the crust a lot smaller, and I'll eat the whole slice. And enjoy it.
Again, sorry this was a thumb's down review, but that's my honest opinion. I won't be ordering again, but that doesn't mean the pizza is bad, it just means there are better options out there making this not worth it to me."

"I’ve eaten at Green Mesquite several times in the past and have always enjoyed it, which made this visit especially disappointing. The portions were drastically smaller than I remember, and the overall quality of the food was noticeably worse.
The mac and cheese had virtually no flavor, the turkey tasted watery and lacked any real smoked BBQ taste, and the fried okra was soggy instead of crispy. It honestly felt like the food was rushed or had been sitting for a while.
This experience was nothing like what I’ve come to expect from Green Mesquite. I hope this was just an off day, but based on this visit, the quality has unfortunately gone downhill."
