I even requested well done and it seemed as if the particular people on shift didn't know how to even prepare that. It will be another long time before I check if things changed at this location. They don't seem to change, outright have not changed in their quality, and they don't seem interested in doing so. It's rather unfortunate as they should be one of the best places in the city. Shame that they're not."
