"I am actually shocked at their improvements and how good their food is. And their tamper proof and sealed bag is on point! I stopped eating BK years ago because their food was always cold, soggy, or the meal was just underwhelming for its price. I was contemplative about even ordering but since it's cold, raining & I got off work super late, I was limited options & I thought I'd give BK one more try & to my surprise, the original chicken sandwich is back to it's normal size or close enough to it from what I remember as a child and in comparison to the last time I got it which was for some reason like half the size almost. The food was well put together and still warm which was nice. They did forget to put sauces that I chose for the nuggets but that's a minor complaint. I ordered one of the family meals since I was feeding my 17 year old son as well. It came with 3 burgers OR original chicken sandwiches, (I chose 2 chicken sandwiches & one burger) 3 fries OR onion rings (I chose 2 onion rings one fry) and lastly it came with nuggets as well for $24.99 & that's inflated on the app so it's probably cheaper in store. "The "Union Jack Steak Burger" was honestly one of THE BEST burgers I've ever eaten, and I'm not exaggerating. The quality of the meat was exceptional; it arrived perfectly medium rare (which is a personal preference, which I did not specify, but was happily surprised) and the burger felt like it was at least 8oz in weight.
Also, the lettuce (not iceburg, thankfully) and tomato were very fresh, the cheddar cheese was divine (not clumpy or greasy) and the HP sauce is far better in taste than A1 sauce. I'm glad I did not omit it.
I'm a huge fan of the Croissant Bread Pudding, and today's variety had what tasted like Bordeaux cherries (?) and dark chocolate chips (morsels) which really won me over.
Lastly, I think I'm addicted to the Cheddar and Herb scones.
Thank you for proving that some restaurants still care about quality, flavor, freshness, and their patrons.

"I want to preface this review by mentioning that they were out of Roast Beef for The 6. Outback, and called me to ask if they could substitute it with Turkey, to which I agreed was fine. This was after my initial call to them to make sure that my request for condiments to be omitted/put on the side was honored (as I wanted to taste the actual food, and not condiments) so I am not sure they would have called me back to ask about the substitution. Nevertheless, it's important to credit them for the excellent customer service regardless; they made the effort!
As you can see, the sandwich was piled high and the ingredients were fresh! The Time Square and Hamburguesa con Queso / Cheeseburger were also delicious and fresh, and the fries were crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside (how I prefer them.) I will definitely try them again, as I am still curious about how their roast beef tastes. I have provided photos, in hopes it does the food justice, and I hope you give them a try."
