The drink carrier doesn't hold the smaller cups very well so they fell out of the carrier in the parking lot. I had to go back inside to get the cheese curds and new drinks. When they gave me the cheese curds, they only filled up half the cup and they were overcooked. For the price of their menu, I feel they can up their customer service a bit. If unsure how to do that, here is what should have happened... the order should have been given to me in the drive thru with the understanding I know for next time. Also, it would be good to communicate that to all customers placing pickup orders at the time of placing orders so they can be prepared. Last, fill up the cheese curds cups all the way. Hope this helps them improve! "

I recently had the pleasure of trying the chicken slider and mac and cheese from Dave's Hot Chicken, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience! The chicken slider was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of heat to give it a delicious kick. The bun was soft and fresh, complementing the flavorful chicken perfectly.
As for the mac and cheese, it was creamy, cheesy, and downright addictive. The rich, velvety cheese sauce coated every bite of the perfectly cooked pasta, making it the ultimate comfort food. One and Only and Five Guys give you way more fries for the money. Queso was pretty good and better than ballpark nacho sauce but not a Gloria's or Torchy's, not that we'd expect it to be."

"Our food was terrible - every single dish was a disappointment . We ordered Big Mouth® Bites, Fried Mozzarella, Southwestern Eggrolls, Texas cheese fries, and Boneless Wings for the game night. The sliders looked like a child put them together - the cheese was hanging off the meat, one of the patties was half gone, edges were burnt, and bacon crumbles were like chewing rubber. They give you three Fried Mozzarella sticks for 10.99, and the cheese wasnt even melted - tasted like a block of cold mozz covered in breading. The cheese fries had the same rubber bacon crumbles as the sliders and the cheese was overcooked. The Southwestern Eggrolls were supposed to come with avocado ranch and didnt, and the roll itself was soggy (we live 5 mins from the restaurant so the delivery was not a factor for this). The Boneless Wings had more breading than chicken, were severely overcooked, and drownedin the sauce. We wont be back to Chilis."
