The restaurant itself is very casual/takeout inspired, yet the food quality is like that of a 4 or 5 star fancy restaurant. From my understanding, the noodles and sauces are made from scratch daily, and you can tell how fresh everything is when you're eating. Noodles were cooked well, and the sauce was very flavorful. Great job on those home fries ... a tidbit of knowledge potatoes cooked like this in the south are called "fried potatoes." Impressive indeed as I cook them this way and my children have always loved my fried potatoes! This diners potatoes are just as good!
I would recommend the diner not to put items with melted anything inside these paper containers but rather lay the items on maybe wax paper then inside these paper take out containers. It such a waste of cooked product's."
