If you look at the last pic, that's the thickness of 3 ribs compared to a bone. They were so skinny in fact, it felt like the meat going over the top and bottom of the bone was skin and the sides were the only meat on the ribs. The rib meat was literally as thick as the bone itself. It was also tough and dry. It's a shame though because the flavor was all there. There just was no meat.
