In a hotel and just drove 7 hours, I gave the driver $2 extra dollars to bring to my door, she said she doesnt do room service.??? I travel a lot. This hotel has two lobby's but you can get to all the rooms from either. She would have saved time just bringing it up. Restaurant gets 5 stars, driver gets 4 stars. Maybe she is new? I get it if the hotel was shady, it's a Hilton in Germantown. "
