The amount size of garnish was perfect the limes were perfect and the tripe I ordered in my pho was perfect! It wasn't heavy and it was very light like Pho should be not oily or thick. "The Vegas Roll was amazing. If you haven't tried it yet, I would highly recommend. We also got the fried rice and the tuna tataki, which were also very good.
This really was the best dish that I've gotten from a restaurant in a long time. It was still warm after a 15 min drive home, the food tasted SO fresh, and the staff was friendly.
Extra bonus points for the presentation of the tuna tataki. The taste and appearance was incredible for the price.

It was still hot and the tempura veggies (slices of carrots, zucchini, and Japanese pumpkin [kabocha squash]) were still a little crispy. Love the tempura dipping sauce!
