"I really enjoyed the food and overall atmosphere of this restaurant, so I want to be clear that this isn’t meant as slander—just honest feedback from my experience. I ordered the Caesar Sandwich with salmon instead of the plant‑based tenders, and while I loved the concept, the seasoning was a bit lighter than I expected. After adding a little salt and pepper, the sandwich easily became a 9/10. The bread was perfectly toasted with a great crunch, and in hindsight I probably should’ve added extra Caesar dressing because there wasn’t quite enough for my taste.
The Chopped Cheese Collection was my least favorite item from the order. It was a bit overcooked, and the peppers were burnt. There was also a large slice of tomato that didn’t add much to the flavor profile. The cheese layer, however, was nicely done and something I think should stay consistent.
Considering this was a delivery experience, I’d give the restaurant a 7.5/10 overall. I would absolutely return and try more items because the potential for great food is definitely there—I may have just not chosen their strongest dishes this time."
