"I typically do not leave reviews, whether an experience is good or bad, but this time I felt compelled to because of how unbelievably poor this order was.
The egg and cheese sandwich was completely ruined by the bread being burnt. Not lightly toasted or slightly overdone—burnt. The first thing I tasted was charred bread, which made the sandwich unpleasant to eat from the start.
The tuna sub was somehow even worse. The sauce was thrown on so carelessly that it leaked through the entire sandwich wrapper and soaked through the bag. By the time I got it, it looked like it had been tossed around with no regard for presentation or quality. It was messy, sloppy, and frustrating to deal with.
What really surprised me was the complete lack of consistency. One half of the sub had virtually no cheese on it at all, while the other half had an excessive amount. It honestly felt like two different people made each half without paying attention to what they were doing. Basic quality control seemed completely absent.
I’ve ordered plenty of sandwiches from different places and understand that mistakes happen, but this wasn’t a small mistake. The entire order felt rushed, careless, and poorly prepared. When customers pay for food, they expect at least the basics to be done correctly. Unfortunately, this order missed the mark in almost every way possible.
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt others should know what to expect. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues because the quality of this order was unacceptable."

"This was my first time ordering from here and I'll certainly order again! The Pepperoni Magnifico® is perfect for those that love a good pepperoni and cheese pizza!! Great flavor throughout, including the flavored crust. In regards to the amount of sauce, I'd say it's on par for what's normal (my preference is lite sauce, but no option to choose that nor can you notate it). I love that they include a choice of dipping sauce to go with this pizza. I chose ranch. I was hoping for house made buttermilk, but unfortunately it was a prepackaged cup. I also ordered a Garlic Parm Cup . It was ok, but I think I'd order the standard garlic cup next time. I'm not a fan of veggies and toppings that typically come on a Greek Salad , so hence why you see only feta. I ordered the regular size, so its enough to feed 2 ppl as a small side salad, or considered a large side salad for 1 person. I do wish they'd use fresh feta rather than the kind that looks like cubes. They included 2 packets of greek dressing with the order. Despite the few things I'd change to make me extremely happy, I'm still giving a 5 star because the pizza was sooo fresh and yummy! I already recommended it to a friend that orders pizza regularly."

"Any pizza or other such item that you ever get in store at the counter is always A+ top notch stuff. But this was the 3rd time now that I've special ordered a pizza from them through door dash and it wasa subpar dining experience. Burn crust but the cheese hardly melted; I don't know how you even pull that off.
I still love Buscemis and will continue to get their slices and stromboli when I'm on the fly passing thru the store itself, but I won't be placing delivery orders anymore.
Note that this was never the fault of the dasher, my orders were always picked up and delivered promptly."

However, today, I so badly wanted the Antipasto salad but didn't want to spend $12 on a small. I got it anyway and it's missing the ham and the cheese (see pic). It's too expensive for that to happen. I also got the kid's Lil' Buddy Pasta which was fettuccine with Alfredo sauce and there is so little sauce, I actually thought they gave us plain pasta. Bummer, dude."

They didn’t even include the top pieces of the focaccia, and it looked like it was just thrown together. The bread didn’t even match, there was barely anything inside, and it honestly felt like they just used leftover pieces instead of making it properly. It was really disappointing, especially considering I paid full price. I expected much better quality and consistency."
