As a first-time customer, I’d say my experience with The Afty Express was pretty good overall. One thing I definitely appreciated was that the food was cooked to order. When I arrived to pick it up, everything was fresh, hot, and ready to eat.
I ordered the Whiting Fish Platter, and the flavor was good. The fish was seasoned ok and cooked nicely. My only real concern was the portion size. For the price, I was a little surprised to receive only two pieces of whiting. I honestly expected a bit more, especially considering the cost.
The food itself was ok, but I’m on the fence about whether I’d order again because of the portion sizes compared to the prices. If the portions were a little larger, I’d have no problem ordering again.

"I had never ordered from Sappore before, but I was craving a Philly cheesesteak and found them through DoorDash’s “Happy Hour” section. First of all, bravo to them for offering an affordable menu during select times—something rare these days! I was initially drawn to their plain pizza, which was priced reasonably (not $28 like many places!).
While the cheesesteak wasn’t part of the Happy Hour deal, I was so impressed by the rest of their menu that I decided to give it a try, along with an order of cheese fries. Let me tell you, this is the spot I’ve been searching for in Atlantic County. I was nearly in tears because everything was just that good.
The Philly cheesesteak? Glorious. It’s massive—basically like two full cheesesteaks in one—and the flavors are incredible. It’s fresh, perfectly seasoned, and easily one of the best sandwiches I’ve had since Gino’s. No exaggeration.
The pizza? Beautiful. It was perfectly made, fresh, and delicious. Even the cheese fries were warm, fresh, and made with care.
What truly impressed me were the little details—Sappore sent paper plates, ketchup, and utensils with my order. I can’t remember the last time a place went above and beyond like that. They genuinely care about their food and customers, and it shows.
I don’t eat out often, but when I do, I expect food to be worth the money and far from mediocre. Sappore delivered in every way. 5 stars all the way! I can’t wait to order from them again. Keep up the amazing work!

Chicken Marsala was prepared with imitation marsala wine, overpowered with an entire can of mushrooms. Not one level of this entry level, easily prepared saute item was edible. The thin pasta was starchy and overcooked.
My guest ordered a grilled cheese sandwich on wheat bread with soggy french fries.
With my food bill at fifty dollars I would only suggest other options for Italian food.
Sappore take-out containers have been poorly chosen, guaranteeing the guest steamed items. Side salads are crammed into a 4x4 container; a small chunk of iceberg lettuce, a black olive, a thick slice of non-shaved cucumber and a quarter of hard tomato.
The entire dinner was such a disappointment after a ten hour workday."

"I went in a several times, either at the bar after work, or went with a guest and sat at a table. Like I checked off above , the food is always consistent. When I first went, I was alone, and sat at the bar. Right away, the bartender gave me nachos with two different sauces . One mild and the other one spicy. They were terrific. May I add, that I also had a strawberry margarita, which was delicious. I'm not sure if that's the signature cocktail, but it should be. I ordered several dishes, but my favorite is the chicken leg tacos. Delicious, dark pieces of chicken meat. Moist and tasty. It's wrapped in a soft flower tortilla. Besides the chicken, there is a lot of cilantro and some kind of flavoring that I can't quite pin my finger on. Also, comes with a sauce,. You can eat a plain or use the cilantro sauce. You can eat it plain, or you can pour over the tacos. Can you say delicious? I also did a food delivery service last summer 2024. I had frequent trips there. That's my first contact with the place. They get a lot of orders and they're ready quite quickly, even though they're cooked to order. The process is always smooth and consistent. I never once had a problem with any order. It's wonderful to walk in, hear the music going,hear the crowds, and smell the delicious aromas.
I'm giving Tacos el Tios five stars out of five, for food, atmosphere, and service. This also includes how the foods prepared and presentation. I always say positives first there's just one negative. You should be aware that parking is limited there. There are a lot of shops and businesses in that small complex. Try to go there for lunch, or early or late dinner. No big deal, all in all, I will keep going back there. As long as they stay true to their customers and don't change anything. "

"I’ve been to this KFC location before, and it’s always the same story—grimy kitchen, staff who look like they’re running on fumes, and customer service that makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. This time, I figured I’d save myself the headache and ordered delivery through DoorDash.
Big mistake. I got one of their Famous Bowls, and it was just sad—barely any chicken, and what was there tasted dank and overly greasy, like it had been sitting too long in 3-day old frying oil. For the price I paid which is equivalent to an entree at a gourmet eatery, you’d think I was getting at least something decent. Instead, I paid a wing and a leg for a soggy, underwhelming meal.
I’ll never get why people swear by KFC when Popeyes is literally across the street. The quality gap is like night and day. Won’t be ordering from this location again!"
