"Pizza is always delicious (I order from jets often, and will continue to do so because the pizza options in my area are dismal); however I have a few issues with jets. One - I hate that you cannot special instruct pizza. For example I like "extra sauce" and am unable to type that in when ordering. True I can always call but wouldn't it just be easier for both parties to add it when placing the initial order? Two - the addition of toppings are pricey and adds up, it's pretty disappointing to pay $30-35 for a pizza with scant toppings. I'd suggest either lowering the price of the add ons or adding on an appropriate amount of toppings. Third and final - I love their Greek salad. For a pizza joint this salad is amazingggggg!!! BUT I swear, sometimes I order the small and sometimes I order the medium and, I receive a different size every time. Last time I ordered the medium sized and it was very small. A previous time I ordered the medium sized and it was huge! In my opinion these are minor issues and won't really deter me from ordering jets in the future, just more of an annoyance than anything else. "
