"I always love the Shrimp with Snow Peas, but this time I tried the Chicken Noodle or Rice Soup . It had nice thick noodles with nice sized chicken pieces and green shallots (I think). it was not your ordinary Chicken Noodle Soup, but was much heavier with the amount and size of the noodles. The sauce of the shrimp and snow peas was also light, without a ton of salt.
Oily food is sometimes an issue at Chinese places, but it isn't an issue here. The food doesn't even taste oily even when it is cooked in oil"
"The Chicken Mei Fun has nice pieces of proper seasoned chicken, carrots, onions, and what I believe is bok choy mixed in with the Mei fun (angel hair-like pasta). The noodles are done perfectly and the meat and vegetables, too. Furthermore, the Egg Drop Soup is just the right seasoned without too much salt that some places like to put in.
Like always, they did an excellent job with my order. This is, by far, my favorite Asian restaurant in Iowa."
