"I'm not kidding when I say that the Wild Mushroom Burger is in my top 3 favorite burgers I have ever eaten. It was a lot bigger than I expected too, practically as big as my head! Great portion for the price, not to mention it is INCREDIBLY juicy (if you get it, make sure you have extra napkins) and the flavor is so fresh, and season well. "Plymouth location is terrible. Ordered on doordash - received the wrong sandwich. Reordered. I called to make sure they read the order ticket and make it correctly.
Received a SECOND incorrect sandwich. Drove to the location and had them remake it. Man at the front desk was the rudest customer service employee I've met. Blamed the mistake on "a busy morning" and a "new employee." If you cannot handle busy days or train employees correctly you should not work in food service.
I explained firmly what was wrong and that I had called and the man working said "do you want us to remake it or not?" - implying they would not remake it if I kept pointing out flaws and excuses they made. This is not the first time their employees have been disrespectful and it's a bad look for the company.
As someone who worked in food and customer service for over a decade this is never how you should speak to a customer. Sincerely suggesting to pick another location if you want food made correctly and adequate customer service."
