"I ordered the chicken bowl from Subway through DoorDash and paid extra for protein. What I received was barely filled. They barely gave me chicken instead of what's advertised. There were only a few pieces of chicken mixed with some spinach cucumber and a light sprinkle of cheese and no honey mustard.
They also didn’t include utensils at all. No fork no napkin no care. That’s unacceptable for a bowl meal.
Subway this is not just a customer complaint this reflects a breakdown in food quality assurance. Companies like EcoSure exist to make sure food safety presentation and accuracy are held to a high standard. This order failed on all fronts.
If you are charging extra for protein then provide it. If you pack a bowl then include utensils. Customers deserve better and I will not be ordering from here again unless changes are made. I’ve attached a photo so others can see how bad it was."

I was excited to try this place because I was expecting something similar to Egg Tuck, but it was honestly disappointing.
For $18.50, I expected a much better sandwich. The eggs lacked that rich, creamy texture that makes Korean-style egg sandwiches so good. If you’ve had Egg Tuck before, you know exactly what I’m talking about. These just tasted like plain scrambled eggs.
The sauce was decent, but it wasn’t enough to make up for everything else. I also paid $4 for hash browns, and they came out completely unseasoned. A little salt would have gone a long way.
Overall, I don’t feel like the quality matches the price. I wanted to like this place, but I left feeling like it just wasn’t worth the cost. Also, not sure whats going on with the building but it's not set up as an operating restaurant."

I used lots of Serranos when I cook and I love ghost pepper hot sauce, so I was pleased that these dishes (ordered at level 4 spicy) were nice and hot. Veg Samosa were delcious as well. The pastry was softer than others I've had but still nice and flaky. Heads up that an order gives you two (though it was written as though you would only receive one (at least, it was when I ordered it )). Also, ordered a side of rice and we ended up receiving two small boxes of rice. So, presumably the Chana Masala (vegan) comes with rice already, though you would not know that based on how the items are described on doordash's menu. I should not have to order food, pay for DoorDash, and then come home and finish cooking it myself.
Back in December, I ordered a steak and cheese and paid around $16, only to receive what looked like a 4-inch sub. I was told it was due to “different bread,” but when it was resent, it came back full size—so clearly something wasn’t right.
Fast forward to today (3/19), I decided to give them another chance and ordered the chicken club (no lettuce). That was a mistake.
The sandwich came extremely sloppy, looked undercooked, and was just thrown together. The chicken barely looked grilled, like it had a light sauce added just to give it color. There was no visible cheese, and the entire sandwich was mangled and unappetizing.
I literally had to take the chicken out, refry it, add my own cheese, use the buffalo sauce I paid for, and toast new bread just to make it edible. That is completely unacceptable.
P.S. In the photo, the sandwich that actually looks full with white cheese is the one I fixed myself. The sloppy one is how it originally arrived—I had already started trying to cook it before taking the picture.
At this point, it feels like there is no care put into DoorDash orders. Just because I’m not sitting in the restaurant doesn’t mean my food should be cold, sloppy, and poorly prepared—especially when I live nearby.
I won’t be ordering from here again. This was a complete waste of money."
