"I order the SAME combo every time, the Bacon Double Smashed Jack™ Combo. I have for at least over a year. When done right, it's delicious. However, within the last SIX months, they have not been able to correctly make a quality order at least four times in a row. I'm allergic to cheese, and nowadays it's more than likely that the employee making the sandwich will ignore/not pay attention to the order details and I'll have to reorder my food. The sandwich was 90% salt, buttered and toasted bread with 10% actual meat. The sandwich is so salty that it needs either a sweet bbq sauce or something to cut the saltiness. There is some kind of yellow sauce on the sandwich but it is so sparse that I couldn't taste or really see. I ended up having to remove the bread and just eat the brisket which was tough and did not taste great. I'm very disappointed and probably will not order from there again. "
